We write for owners and landlords of homes in Greenville, SC and the rest of Greenville County, and in Travelers Rest, SC, Taylors, SC, Simpsonville, SC, Easley, SC in Pickens County and Anderson, SC in Anderson County. Below you'll find what our forms gather, who receives it, when it is erased and what you can ask us to do. We carry out no foundation work ourselves.

Details we gather. There are two forms. The request form wants a name, one way to reach you by phone or email, the home's town or street, and a short description of what you've seen. The contact form wants a name, a reply address and a question. Sensitive information is never requested, and we ask that you keep it out of your message entirely, including card or bank numbers, Social Security numbers, health details and passwords.

The one recipient. When you send a request about a house, a single independent local foundation contractor receives it. Nobody else does: no advertiser, data broker or other company. That contractor may use it only to contact you about that house, and after it does, the contractor's own privacy practices apply, so ask it how it handles your details. Messages sent through the contact form are read by us and go no further.

Storage and the 90-day limit. Requests are held by our hosting provider only so they can reach that contractor. Each request is erased on its own once 90 days have passed. With no phone number listed anywhere on the site, your details can only come to us through the forms.

Selling and sharing. Personal details are not sold, rented or swapped, and nobody receives them to market to you.

Visit records. As with most hosting, short-lived technical records may note where each visit came from and when it happened. They help keep the site online and help spot abuse.

Requests about your details. For as long as we hold a request, you may ask us to show it to you, correct it or erase it. Use the contact form and put "Privacy request" at the start. The forms are intended for adults; we do not knowingly collect details from anyone younger than 18.

Revisions. If this policy is revised, the effective date at the top will change to match. This policy is governed by South Carolina law.
