Ask Us a General Foundation Question From Greenville, SC
Foundation Repair Greenville SC hears from owners and landlords in Greenville, SC and in the five towns we take requests from. There's no phone line or email address to use; the form below is how to reach us.
General Questions Form
Use this form for general questions: how requests are handled, a point in one of our guides that reads as unclear, or a mistake you've spotted. Questions about a particular house belong in the request form instead, because those are the requests we pass to a local foundation specialist.
A few details make a useful reply easier:
- Where the home is. The town, and whether the address is inside Greenville, SC city limits, within another town's limits, or beyond every city line.
- What it rests on. A slab, or piers and beams with a crawl space below, or you're not sure.
- What prompted the question. A crack, a binding door, a tilting floor or a line in one of our guides.
- Water around the house. Downspouts that empty by the wall, ground that slopes in toward the house, or a water bill that rose for no clear reason.
Before writing, you might try the warning signs quiz or the cost calculator. The state's license and registration lines, permits and contracts are laid out on our page about South Carolina's rules for foundation work.
Put Your Question Here
Describe what you have noticed at the house (cracks, a door that binds, a floor that tilts) and name the town it is in. One local foundation specialist reads it and may get in touch about coming out.
Your request goes to one independent foundation contractor serving the Greenville, SC area, and that contractor decides whether to contact you. We never look over a house, set prices, make bids, arrange visits, or carry out, oversee or guarantee repairs.
