Complaints Policy
Foundation Repair Greenville SC passes along requests about homes in Greenville, SC, the rest of Greenville County, and Travelers Rest, SC, Taylors, SC, Simpsonville, SC, Easley, SC and Anderson, SC. A concern about our website comes to us; a concern about a contractor starts with that contractor. Here is how each works.
Effective date: October 21, 2026.
If the website let you down. Maybe a page seems inaccurate, confusing or unfair, or you think a request never got through. Use the contact form, start with the word "Complaint", and describe what happened and roughly when. We read every complaint and respond where a reply is possible.
If a contractor let you down. Whoever receives a request is a separate business. Its workers are not our employees, and we neither direct its jobs nor set its prices. When something about an estimate, the work, a warranty or a person's conduct goes wrong, raise it with the contractor first and do it in writing, adding dates and photos. Keep your contract, every signed change order and all receipts.
State license questions. Whether a contractor holds the state license or registration a job calls for is a matter for the SC LLR Residential Builders Commission. Anyone can search a business by name on the SC LLR licensee lookup, and it pays to confirm that the name on that record is the same one on your contract and any permit. Treat this as general information rather than legal advice.
Please copy us in. Even if your complaint belongs with the contractor or the Commission, we want to know about it. Repeated problems help us decide whether requests should keep going to that business.
This policy does not reduce any right you have under South Carolina law, and that law governs it.
